Job Description SCHEDULE

• Part-time or Full-time

Base rate : $16.5–18.00 / hour

Tips: average tip per payroll $600–$1200 (3 shifts, 5 hours / shift average)

Tip goes 100% to server - NO SPLITTING

• Help guests with menu selections, quickly refill beverages and ensure food arrives on time, always delivering warm and friendly interactions
• Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with our food, drinks and service. Go above and beyond in taking care and giving your attention to all guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurants and partake in daily / weekly cleaning routines.
• Ability to work well in high volume environment

• Knowledge of food, beverage, POS systems, and basic dining / service procedures.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a food / beverage / restaurant / kitchen setting is preferred.
• A strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Have a flexible / adaptable schedule
• Food Handler Card certificate
• Speak Vietnamese is a PLUS.
