This is a permanent full‑time role for a candidate who is passionate and excited about merchandising and creative copywriting for the FWRD + FWRD Man as well as the Revolve Man customer. The position will be responsible for supporting the merchandising department with ongoing projects and needs as well as creating weekly curated pages for email and homepage features. An interest in creative copywriting is a plus!
The role requires an out‑of‑the‑box thinker who can collaborate with the existing team and across all levels of the organization.
- Prepare landing pages for weekly e‑mails and homepages that are curated based on trend and concept of campaign
- Work closely with the FWRD Women’s and Men’s Merchandising and Buying teams to manage deadlines and needs for all Homepage and Emails feature inclusions
- Follow best practices for merchandising pages for features, trends, brand page and custom pages
- Support the buyers’ brand visions and work cross‑functionally with the buying team to improve conversion
- Provide and maintain additional curated product pages for special launches, social or special projects in addition to regularly scheduled weekly features
- Partner with site merchandising team to develop, improve and execute merchandising tools
- Research current and upcoming trends in fashion and retail and best merchandising practices
- Understand and monitor business trends through homepage and CPL reporting
- Time management skills and the ability to complete tasks under short deadlines
- Self‑motivated with the discipline to complete tasks independently
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to work in an intense fast‑paced environment and maintain the highest quality of work and focused visual aesthetics
- A superb eye for attention to detail, style and composition
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and best practices
- Self‑driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment
- 2 years of experience with e‑commerce merchandising
- Knowledge of contemporary and luxury Men’s fashion brands
- Degree in fashion design, merchandising or a related field preferred
- Experience with Google Drive, Excel, Gmail, Word & Power Point
