Seasonal retail sales role focused on fashion, styling, and growing customer relationships through in-store and digital selling. The salesperson delivers personalized service and helps keep the department customer-ready.
Responsibilities- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
- Build lasting customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
- Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and cleaning.
- Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and flexibly support other departments as needed.
- Excellent communication, people, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in fashion, networking, and technology to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet physical requirements, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
