Job Description

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer for the Security Officer - Bank Rover role  role involves working with people across shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, with a high focus on customer service.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, 8:30 – 5:30 pm
  
  • Thursday, 9:00 – 5:30 pm

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• De-escalate scenarios
• Exhibit command presence
• Enforce facility access rules, including asking non-employees or unauthorized persons to leave the property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and at least 32 hr. BSIS security training (additional training can be obtained during hiring)
