• At least 2 years of verifiable plumbing experience.
• Work well individually and as part of a team.
• Follow the outline of company policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers.
• Experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing water heaters, tank‑less water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, drums, pipes, drains, clogged sewers, etc.
• Possess own hand tools and have a good DMV driving record.
• Ability to respond evenings and weekends as needed by campus circumstances.
