This position is ideal for someone seeking long-term employment who can start working immediately.

• At least 2 years of verifiable Plumbing experience.
• Must work well individually and as part of a team.
• Follow the outline of the company policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Must have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing water heaters.
• Must have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing tank-less water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, clogged sewers, etc.
• Must possess own hand tools and have a good DMV driving record.
• Ability to respond evenings and weekends as needed by campus circumstances.
