Customs Entry Writer
Salary - $50k to $58k - depending on experience

Must have one or more years of current experience in Customs Entries within the Freight Forwarding industry.
Must have a valid Visa to work in the USA.

The successful candidateWill possess key skills and experience including knowledge of international import transportation, import brokerage procedures, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“Customs”), and Participating Government Agency (“PGA”) requirements, including the clearance process, classification, and valuation.
Position requirementsRequires excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and produce accurate workflow in a fast-paced, high-pressure freight forwarding environment. Must contribute positively to the team’s success.
Responsibilities- Work with CBP and quarantine issues.
- Deal with fees and duty taxes.
- Ensure compliance with government guidelines for cargo clearance.
