Bilingual (Korean) Logistics Operations – Senior Staff
Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $28.57/hr
We are hiring a Senior Logistics Operations Staff member to support high-volume import and global logistics operations for a well-established international organization. This role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in import/export logistics, customs compliance, carrier coordination and SOP management, who can operate with urgency and precision in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Import logistics & global transportation operations
- Customs compliance & regulatory adherence
- Ocean, air, and trucking freight pricing & negotiations
- Carrier, vendor, and 3PL management
- KPI tracking, performance analysis & reporting
- Issue resolution across shipments and transportation
- Cross‑functional stakeholder coordination
- 3+ years of logistics operations (import/export, trucking, global logistics)
- Freight forwarding or ocean/air carrier experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of customs compliance & SOPs
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- WMS experience (nice to have)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
