Supplier Accounting Specialist

It has been selected as Official Supplier to 10 editions of the Olympic Games - from Sydney 2000 to Milano Cortina 2026.Your Role We are looking for a brilliant and passionate Supplier Accounting Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena Italy).Your Impact Record payable invoices in strict adherence to IAS accounting standards as well as tax regulations (VAT and direct taxes) and management accounting principles (e.g. analytical accounting).Ensure

compliance with the procurement process including the issuance of purchase requests approval of purchase requests purchase order entry and receipt of goods into inventory.

Release invoices for payment upon receiving authorization from the Purchasing Manager within established expenditure limits.

Accurately record and maintain asset master data including all necessary information for calculating and managing fixed assets (e.g. dimensions registration numbers locations asset categories).Efficiently manage the payables schedule to ensure the timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices.

Handle the processing of invoices and credit notes to be received as well as invoices related to advance payments.

Reconcile accounts payable with balance sheet accounts.

Record accruals deferrals and outstanding invoices / credit notes in a timely manner.

Recognize and account for foreign exchange differences on outstanding supplier balances in foreign currencies.

About You Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring

Bachelors Degree and / or Masters Degree in Economics Previous experience in Accounting Extensive knowledge of the International Accounting Standards Experience in financial solutions management

Knowledge of ERP systems

Excellent time and project management skills
