Responsabile banco formaggi e salumi - Full time
Attività:
Preparazione salumi crudi sfilzatura.
Taglio salumi affettatrice e formaggi a mano.
Servizio croste stagionate.
Rifornimento banco vendita.
Verifica scadenze e rotazione FIFO.
Pulizia e ordine area operativa.
Assistenza clienti selezione prodotti.
Segnalazione criticità supervisore.
Gestione stock:
Responsabilità disponibilità e movimentazione merci settore.
Organizzazione flussi lavorativi reparto.
Requisiti:
Esperienza salumi e formaggi preferibile.
Comunicazione e relazionali ottimali.
Autonomia e lavoro di squadra.
Problem solving orientato al cliente.
Manualità e precisione taglio.
Disponibilità turni flex, weekend e festivi.
