We are pleased to be partnering with a well-established and respected accountancy practice based in South Buckinghamshire. Fully regulated by the ICAEW, the firm is led by an experienced founder who spent over a decade working within top-tier Central London practices before establishing the business in 2011.

The practice specialises in providing a personal and professional service to owner‑managed limited companies, smaller businesses and sole traders, covering all aspects of accounting and tax compliance. With steady growth and a supportive culture, this is an excellent environment for an experienced accountant looking to manage a client portfolio with autonomy.

Our client is seeking a skilled Client Portfolio Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of clients and act as their primary point of contact. This position suits an ACA/ACCA‑qualified accountant with strong practice experience who is confident handling both technical work and relationship management.

• Managing a portfolio of clients and building long-term relationships
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and tax returns
• Providing day‑to‑day financial and accounting support to clients
• Ensuring compliance deadlines are met across accounts, VAT and tax
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where needed
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service

• ACCA‑qualified (essential)
• Solid background within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical skills across accounts and tax
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional service
