• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired
• Use a range of formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform next steps
• Promote independent learning

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development

• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4 (desirable but not essential)
