Position: Mental Health Teaching Assistant

About the Role: Are you a dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant looking to make a tangible difference in a young person's life? We are seeking an enthusiastic professional in Chalfont St Giles to support a Year 11 pupil with complex needs. She is in care and has experienced significant trauma, alongside speech and language delay, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges
.
In this role, you will provide one-to-one support, help manage behaviour, and promote the pupil's emotional and academic development. You will be part of a supportive team, empowered to adapt your approach to meet the pupil's individual needs.
