She is in care and has experienced significant trauma, alongside speech and language delay, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges.

In this role, you will provide one-to-one support, help manage behaviour, and promote the pupil's emotional and academic development. You will be part of a supportive team, empowered to adapt your approach to meet the pupil's individual needs.
