Logistics Coordinator - International

Our Customer Supply Chain Team is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of international shipments across global markets. You’ll work closely with internal teams, third‑party logistics providers, and external partners to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent service delivery.
Key Accountabilities- Book, track and ensure on‑time delivery of international shipments
- Prepare accurate and compliant export documentation and maintain audit‑ready records
- Ensure shipments meet all customs and export compliance requirements for global markets
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Support stock integrity across EU third‑party logistics providers
- Review freight rates and support rate negotiations
- Produce and share shipment data and performance reporting (KPIs)
- Provide timely responses to queries and support cross‑functional teams
- Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures and global trade compliance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of specific regional trade regulations (EU, UK, CAN, US, AUS)
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse operations
