Aufgaben umfassen die Koordination von Handwerkeraufträgen, die Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen sowie Unterstützung in der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung. Gesucht wird jemand mit einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in. Starke Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil.
