HMI Development Engineer (Junior / Associate) – e-Bike Systems

To support our growing HMI team, we are looking for a hands‑on and structured engineer who will assist in the development, integration, and release of HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for our e‑bikes.

This role focuses on execution and technical support
, working closely with the HMI team, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.

• Support the development of HMI features from concept to production
• Assist in defining and refining hardware and software requirements
• Support firmware development and validation
  :
  Assist in implementation and testing of new features. Help debug and track issues
• Contribute to a smooth transition to production
  :
  Support end‑of‑line testing and manufacturing topics. Track and follow up on production‑related issues. Ensure documentation is complete and up to date
• Assist in release preparation and tracking
  :
  Maintain release notes and documentation. Support communication of changes to internal stakeholders
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams:
  Motor, Battery, Digital, Mechanical, and Quality. Help track dependencies and ensure alignment
• Support testing and validation activities
  :
  Track bugs and support root cause analysis. Assist in resolving field issues
• Maintain technical documentation (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience (or relevant internships) in embedded systems, firmware, or electronics development; consumer electronics, automotive, or similar industries
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development; communication protocols (e.g., CAN, BLE, USB)
• Structured and detail‑oriented working style
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Fluent in English
