Gallo Legal Services is seeking a professional and persistent AR Specialist – Collections to manage outbound collections and support timely resolution of outstanding balances. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring consistent cash flow.

This is a structured, execution-focused role for someone comfortable with follow-up, documentation, and professional client communication.

• Manage outbound collections for assigned client accounts
• Communicate professionally with law firms regarding outstanding balances
• Track and document collection activity accurately
• Monitor AR aging and follow established follow-up schedules
• Resolve routine billing and payment issues; escalate complex cases as needed
• Partner with Billing and Finance teams to address discrepancies
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions

• Prior experience in collections, accounts receivable, or billing support
• Comfort with outbound communication and follow-up
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work within defined processes and timelines
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Experience in legal or professional services environments preferred
