Assistant Manager

Overview

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager to help lead our opening front-of-house team in Chamblee, GA. This opportunity is a key leadership role in shaping its service culture, daily operations, and guest experience. You will work closely with Leadership and staff to ensure FUDO opens and operates with excellence each day.

• Thrives in structured, high-standard environments and helps build systems from the ground up
• Is proactive, organized, and confident managing both service and staff

• Assist in leading FUDO front-of-the-house team
• Oversee daily operations and uphold service standards
• Support coaching of FOH staff
• Lead by example during service, ensuring smooth pacing and a high level of hospitality
• Act as point-of-contact for guest issues or special requests
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure communication and service timing
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, and ordering
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional FOH environment

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-standard, full-service restaurant is required
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of guest service, service flow, and FOH operations
• Ability to lead calmly under pressure in a professional and supportive way
• Working knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Weekly availability will require 45-50 hours. Holidays are as needed.
• Serv Safe Manager certificate is required.
