I opened my agency in 2017, and we’ve grown into a dedicated team of five. I started my career with State Farm right out of college, and after graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing, I knew this was the industry where I wanted to build my future. My husband also works for State Farm, and together with our daughter and two dogs, we’ve made this work both a family passion and a long‑term commitment.

I offer 15 days of PTO, group life coverage, health insurance for employees, and full licensing reimbursement. • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
