• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial and operational leadership within a PRIVATE PRACTICE ambulatory surgical center setting.
• Proven expertise in PNL management, KPIs, and metrics.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to drive successful outcomes and team performance.

• Business/Strategic Planning:
  Take accountability for strategic planning, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives. Develop and implement short and long-term plans to enhance the center's performance and growth.
• Financial Reporting:
  Oversee financial reporting, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Process and Quality Improvement:
  Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement to deliver exceptional patient care and service.
• Management of Surgical Centers/Staff:
  Provide strong leadership to the surgical center and its staff, ensuring efficient operations and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
