Legal Videography & Trial Manager

Gallo Legal Services is seeking an experienced Legal Videography & Trial Manager to lead our in-house legal video team and elevate the quality, reliability, and impact of our video services. This role oversees all deposition, legal recording operations, and trial presentation services while also partnering with our Marketing team to support brand and content initiatives.

This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving technical challenges, and wants to build and lead a best‑in‑class legal video/trial services operation.

• Lead, coach, and manage a high‑performing team of legal videographers and technicians
• Oversee all video production for depositions, hearings, and legal proceedings (in‑person and remote)
• Ensure all recordings and trial products meet evidentiary, technical, and quality standards
• Own scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow coordination across the video division
• Maintain and manage all professional video, audio, and trial technology equipment
• Partner with Marketing to support video‑driven campaigns, social media content, and internal initiatives
• Build and scale the in‑house Trial Services division, including trial presentation, day‑in‑the‑life videos, site visits, and demonstratives
• Develop repeatable, high‑quality workflows and processes for both deposition and trial‑related products
• Train staff to handle advanced technical work and client‑facing interactions with confidence
• Track KPIs, quality metrics, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Stay current on industry standards, certifications, and best practices to keep the department evolving

• 5+ years of legal videography or litigation‑support video experience
• 2+ years of leadership or team supervision
• Strong understanding of deposition workflows and evidentiary standards
• Hands‑on experience with professional video/audio equipment
• Comfort managing fast‑changing schedules and time‑sensitive work
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• CLVS certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
