The pay for this position starts at $18.00/hour +Tips +Bonus

Five Guys is serving up excellent opportunities in your area and we are interviewing for shift leaders and shift managers to join our team.

We will be hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, 10/13 and Wednesday, 10/14 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. then 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. both days.

What You’llDo

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when managementisn’ton site
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
• Deliver fast,accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems

Certifications

• Food safety certification (such as Serv Safe) preferred
