* ** Customer Service Excellence & Communication** – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
* ** Leadership & Teamwork** – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
* ** Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation** – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
* ** Delivery Operations** – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
* ** Returns & Pickups** – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
* ** Safety Compliance** – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
* ** Cash & Charge Transactions** – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
* ** Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance** – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.## Qualifications
** What We’re Looking For
*** Minimum Age Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance:
Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
* Automotive Knowledge:  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.

* Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
* Flexible

Schedule:

Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

* Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Exceptional Communication:
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
* Automotive Retail:
Previous experience in automotive retail
* Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.
