Are you a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a relentless drive to exceed targets? We are looking for a Business Development Specialist for a high-volume, performance-driven role in Chamblee, GA. Success in this environment is directly tied to effort and results.

  • Your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly S1 Opportunity targets to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Activity Volume: You'll be expected to maintain high daily activity, including at least 50 Calls, 30 Emails, and 30 Linked In Touches per day
    , while consistently updating Salesforce
    .
  • Speed and Conversion: Ensure rapid response to leads (MQL SLA of 2 hours for hand raises
    ).

The Role:

  • Base salary of 55k with 20-25k On-Target
