CDL-A Truck Driver – Team and Solo Flex Drivers

TA Dedicated is hiring CDL-A Solo and Team Flex Drivers to join our dedicated division. The position involves delivering aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships across the region. Flex drivers fill in when other drivers are out due to vacation, illness, or other needs. Depending on the assignment, you may run approximately 2,000 miles per week for solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs.

This is a Monday through Friday position with consistent weekly home time.

• Yearly earnings: $78,000 – $87,000
• Guaranteed weekly minimum: $1,550
• Transition bonus: $500 paid in full on second paycheck
• Referral bonus: $3,000 for each qualified driver referred
• Orientation bonus: $250/day for two‑day paid orientation
• Home time:
  Consistently home to celebrate major holidays and home weekly on weekends

• Minimum 21 years old
• 12 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience plus 3 months of verifiable team experience in the last 3 years
• Must be comfortable teaming
• Tight backing maneuvers required at dealerships
• Valid CDL‑A
• DOT qualified
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test
• Satisfactory safety and employment history
