• Build lasting customer relationships by delivering an exceptional buying experience.

• Identify customer vehicle needs through active listening and thoughtful questions.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Deliver vehicles and ensure customers fully understand features, warranties, and paperwork.

• Maintain communication with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance.

• Stay up to date on vehicle features, pricing, and inventory.

• Collaborate with the service and reconditioning departments to ensure vehicles meet delivery standards.

• Participate in dealership and manufacturer training and meetings.

• Maintain follow-up systems that promote repeat and referral business.

• Comply with all company safety policies and applicable sales laws and regulations.

• Automotive sales experience is not required.

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, finance, or related fields is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Must pass background and drug screening.

• 💰 $60,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential in your first year!
