PARTS COUNTERPERSON – CHAMPAIGN, IL

• Manage the parts sales process from start to finish

• Assist the Parts Manager in locating parts not currently in stock

• Process special-order requests for customers

• Provide timely updates to customers on parts status

• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and internal staff

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior auto parts sales experience (preferred)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
