Salary: $102,217 - $116,370 annually

The City of Champaign is hiring our first Architectural Project Manager—an expert who will lead facility improvement projects, guide consultants, and shape the spaces our community relies on every day.
What You’ll Lead- Capital + facility improvement projects from concept through completion
- Architectural consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Design reviews, budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Collaborative problem-solving across departments and community partners
A licensed Architect (IL or transferable U.S. license) with 7–10+ years of experience in design, project delivery, and vendor management. You value integrity, follow-through, teamwork, and seeing results. You’re energized by meaningful work and real work-life balance.
