• $327,000 - $365,000 / year base salary, depending on experience

About the position:

• 100% outpatient position using EMR with both in person and virtual visit options
• Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model
• Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of >10
• Join a team of 6 physicians, 4 APPs and excellent support staff
• Teaching opportunities available
• Opportunity for additional hours in Urgent Care (optional)
• Opportunity for research affiliation
