Overview
Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join our established practice at our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois.
Opportunity Details- 100% outpatient position using EMR with both in person and virtual visit options
- Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model
- Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of >10
- Join a team of 6 physicians, 4 APPs and excellent support staff
- Team-based care model for patient care
- In addition to Adult Medicine, specialty services provided at our clinic include Dermatology, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Radiology, Pediatrics, Genetics, and Allergy
- Teaching opportunities available through Carle Foundation Hospital's accredited Internal Medicine residency program and the Carle Illinois College of Medicine
- Opportunity for additional hours in Urgent Care is optional
- Opportunity for research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine with support staff to help with research and publications if desired

The compensation range for this position is $327,000 - $365,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
