- 2 years of college or able to pass Para Pro exam
- Valid ODE Educational Aide Permit– can apply once selected for the position
- Experience working with students with autism and intensive behaviors preferred, training provided to the right individual
- Satisfactory results on criminal records checks
- Candidate must be credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or be able to attend all 4 days of TCI training (July 30, 31, August 2,
5) and pass all TCI assessments
