This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Phlebotomist, based in Champaign, IL. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting and processing blood specimens, ensuring proper labeling and handling, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The role also includes providing support in medical‑assisting tasks and using medical knowledge to ensure accurate procedures. Patient care and professional interaction are paramount in this position.

• Strong proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine concepts
• Experience or certification in Medical Assisting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure quality patient interactions
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
• Relevant certification or training in phlebotomy or healthcare is preferred
