Certified Caregiver – Bickford Senior Living

Join our dynamic team as a Certified Caregiver. This role supports resident care within our branch, ensuring that residents’ daily needs are met with compassion and dignity.

• $17.75/hr – $20.25/hr (base pay, actual pay based on skills and experience)

• Full‑time (30+ h/week): medical, dental, vision, voluntary, 401(k) with match, daily pay, PTO, prescription savings, benefits start 1st of month post 30 days
• Part‑time (≤29 h/week): voluntary life, short‑term and long‑term disability, accident, critical illness, identity protection, cyber monitoring, 401(k) match, daily pay, PTO, prescription savings, benefits start 1st of month post 30 days
• PRN
  : 401(k) match, daily pay, PTO

• Overnight shifts available.

• Know the residents you serve and provide care per their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Provide appropriate care for residents with dementia.

• Active CNA License in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to take additional training or education as required by state.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management competency.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
