Overview
Hearing Care Provider - Champaign at WSA – Wonderful Sound for All (part of the WSAudiology group, HearUSA).
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, aid selection, and fitting for all clients, following the client-centric service model of Simply Excellent Hearing Care. Meet minimum NPS score of 75.
- Routinely demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to help clients experience the sound and create a personalized auditory experience.
- Evaluate test results with client needs to make personalized recommendations that maximize benefits.
- Perform routine follow-ups, cleaning, checks, and hearing aid repairs. Maintain skills in ear impression taking, earmold modification, and ALD accessory recommendations.
- Support HearUSA’s mission of Changing Lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care. Collaborate with District manager, HCP Team Leads, and L&D to adopt initiatives that grow center revenue and impact lives.
- Build a local community to generate service demand and support marketing campaigns (physicians, health fairs). Complete at least one community outreach or physician marketing activity per quarter.
- Comply with state license laws, FDA guidelines, WSA policies, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines. Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, outcome notes, and referrals for all clients.
- Engage in Continued Professional Development to stay current in all aspects of service delivery, from counseling to selling, fitting, and troubleshooting hearing aid technology.

- Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
- 1–5 years of experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Solid written communication skills.
- Experience interacting with customers/clients.
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately, and concisely.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
