• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience supporting students in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and working within multidisciplinary teams
• Adept at adapting therapeutic activities to meet a diverse range of student needs
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Evaluate students motor, sensory, and functional abilities to assess therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to educational goals
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services in group and one‑on‑one settings
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Document evaluation findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in the planning process
