Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations for members in their homes. Visits last about 45 minutes, including health history review, physicals, and optional tests prescribed by the health plan.
You will use an iPad with an intuitive workflow and are not required to prescribe or change treatments. Required qualifications include an active license, board certification, and multi-state licenses.
