What You’ll Do as Assistant General Manager
- Lead & Inspire: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee property maintenance, landscaping, work areas, food and beverage, safety, and compliance; document and report to the General Manager as needed.
- Financial Stewardship: Maintain accurate financial records, understand P&L, and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Team Development:Motivate, influence, and coach staff to achieve goals, deliver exceptional service, and maintain high performance standards.

Demonstrate proven customer service skills with a strong guest-focused mentality. - Problem Solving:Address escalated guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to set goals, motivate teams, and provide performance feedback.
- Knowledge: Understanding of P&L, revenue, and management principles.
