- Build talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and qualifications. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, when applicable.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Meet and/or exceed Recruiting Department and overall organizational goals.

- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
- Professional communication and organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to insured and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
- One to two years of previous experience.
- Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
- Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
- Monthly or quarterly travel required.
