Workforce Development Program Consultant
HR Workforce Development Program Consultant is responsible for full cycle recruitment for identified non‑nursing programs, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring. The role serves participants of Transition to Practice and Workforce Development programs in case management counseling, facilitates training and teaches classes to program participants, develops strategic partnerships to build talent pipelines, and maintains metrics on respective programs.
Qualifications- Certifications:
None - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (required)
- Identify individual, community and organizational resources to meet participant needs.
- Provide ongoing individual instruction and follow‑up throughout participants’ first year of employment to ensure continued success>
- Facilitate training and teach classes to workforce development program participants.
- Partner with Department Managers overseeing Workforce Development programs to provide regular feedback as required for agency and governmental reimbursements.

CompensationAnd Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $27.6 per hour – $46.09 per hour. This represents a good‑faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
