• Assist the Analytics Team with implementing new products, releases, and software upgrades. Respond to inquiries and requests from clients.
• Support users in product operation and maintenance.
• Participate in the analysis of client‑identified issues or problems that may require changes to software, procedures, or documentation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems. Escalate as per procedures.

• Effective Communications:
  Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Problem Solving:
  Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
• Analytics Product Technical Knowledge:
  Extensive knowledge of technical aspects of analytics products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of analytics products.
• Analytics Release Management:
  Extensive knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for managing versions and distribution of software products and enhancements; ability to evaluate and improve release management practices and tools.
• Technical Troubleshooting:
  Extensive knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.

• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience
  • Typically 5+ years in digital operations or systems administration roles.
  • Proven experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Hands‑on experience with large‑scale system deployments and automation.
• Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with Cat Foresight backend and related infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
  • Extensive experience using APIs via Postman.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and analytics platforms.
• Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

This position will have the option to be based out of our Champaign, IL or Peoria, IL offices.
