- Assist the Analytics Team with implementing new products, releases, and software upgrades. Respond to inquiries and requests from clients.
- Support users in product operation and maintenance.
- Participate in the analysis of client‑identified issues or problems that may require changes to software, procedures, or documentation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems. Escalate as per procedures.
- Effective Communications:
Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. - Problem Solving:
Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. - Analytics Product Technical Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of technical aspects of analytics products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of analytics products. - Analytics Release Management:
Extensive knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for managing versions and distribution of software products and enhancements; ability to evaluate and improve release management practices and tools. - Technical Troubleshooting:
Extensive knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience
- Typically 5+ years in digital operations or systems administration roles.
- Proven experience mentoring junior team members.
- Hands‑on experience with large‑scale system deployments and automation.
- Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Cat Foresight backend and related infrastructure.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
- Extensive experience using APIs via Postman.
- Strong understanding of data integration and analytics platforms.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
This position will have the option to be based out of our Champaign, IL or Peoria, IL offices.
