We're looking for an experienced Community Manager who loves connecting with people, staying organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead a team to success.

• Keeping our community running smoothly
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Preparing budgets and ensuring your property is profitable
• Effectively leading your office and maintenance team
• Monitoring market trends and brainstorming creative marketing ideas

• At least 2 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire your team
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Experience with property management software and MS Office
• A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation
