** Compensation Overview:
*** The starting hourly wage for this role is $22.01/hr to $22.01/hr.
* ** Shift Premium of $.75/hr on 2nd shift & $1.00/hr on 3rd shift.

** 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm / 3rd Shift 11pm-7:30amFlexible scheduling, 8-hour workday with possible overtime.

Employees may work weekends and holidays.

** Responsibilities & Duties:
*** Documentation of pertinent information where required.
* Keeping area clean and orderly.
* Sanitation, as required, in processing and packaging areas.
* Comply with all company policies and general safety rules while performing duties.
* Know, understand, and comply with Kraft Heinz Environmental Policy.
* Responsible for wearing proper PPE, complying with all safety training, policies and procedures, and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/ Management
* Participate and collaborates in meetings.
* Training others and filling in for other positions as assigned.
* Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
* Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.
* Perform other duties incidental to job as assigned by supervisor.##

* Qualifications:

*** HS Diploma preferred.
* Prefer experience in production/ manufacturing- but will train the right candidates.
* Safe work habits.
* Maintain an excellent attendance record / adherence to attendance policy.
* Promotes teamwork.
* Attention to detail to avoid and/or identify errors.
* Good organizational skills.
* Able to operate a fork truck – Kraft Heinz will train.
* Able to perform tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.
* Able to work flexible schedule when needed.
* Able to lift up to 50lbs.
* Able to safely work at heights.
* Able to stand for extended periods of time.
* Able to understand & follow instructions.
* Able to operate a computer.
* Excellent oral & written communication skills.
