- Starting pay $28 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.
- $1.00 extra per hour for night shift.

Night Shift Position.
Hours:
12‑hour shift 5:45 pm – 6:00 am.
Schedule:
2‑2‑3 (every other weekend off – Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Perform repairs on compression and injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, and support systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Use a variety of machine and hand tools, measuring instruments, blueprints, and schematics.
- Repair and rebuild spare parts as needed.
- Observe and enforce all safety, security, and health regulations.
- Report potentially unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials properly.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP programs.
- Ensure that products produced on assigned equipment meet established quality standards.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, Quality Assurance Technicians, PTMs, Molders, Lining Technicians, and Printer Technicians.
- Provide job turnover at shift change for smooth transitions.
- Assist coworkers and cover for absences on other shifts as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas and machinery.
- Assist with building and grounds repairs, including snow removal.
- Monitor and maintain material supply functions.
- Utilize EAM maintenance management software to enter and close work orders, track parts, and log labor hours.
- Participate in formal training and on‑the‑job learning, including new equipment installation and modification projects.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial plant maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform maintenance tasks to the satisfaction of the Maintenance Manager.
- Physical capability to work in a high‑speed manufacturing environment with heavy‑duty industrial equipment.
- Adherence to all company, local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
