PositionSummary
We are seeking experienced CNC machinists to join the H3 team for H3's continued growth. The ideal candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines (mill, turn, lathe) to produce precision tight tolerance parts to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC equipment, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, symbols, callouts, and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Perform programming or offsets as needed.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to perform routine quality checks.
- CNC lathe: 2 years (Preferred)
- CNC turn: 2 years (Preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 3 years (Required)
- CNC: 3 years (Required)
- CNC mill: 3 years (Required)
- Experience with CNC machining and operation (preferably with precision, complex, tight tolerance components).
- Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.
