- Coordinates comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients in a surgical ICU stepdown setting.
- Participates in patient and family education, providing leadership and collaborating with healthcare team members.
- Maintains professional nursing standards in the clinical environment.
- Requirements include 2+ years of relevant ICU stepdown experience, Illinois RN license, current BLS, and reliable transportation.
