Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Nurse Practitioner (NP)

1.0 FTE (36 hours a week in direct patient care and 4 hours of admin time)

Make a difference in the lives of vulnerable patients! Promise Healthcare is a community health center in Champaign, Illinois. Promise is seeking an Advanced Practice Providers to provide care across the lifespan. Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Illinois or eligible for licensure in Illinois. DEA required.

Qualifications

Must be available to participate in on call coverage (telephone response).

May be assigned to more than one location.

Current Advanced Practice Licensure and certification in the state of Illinois or ability to attain.

Must work at least one extended shift per week (hours outside of 8am to 5pm) and rotate through Saturday coverage (8am to 2pm).

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
  • Monday to Saturday (Based on Business Needs)

COMPENSATION

Salary Range - $106,500 to $115,000 depending upon experience

Potential for Yearly retention bonuses

Completed background check and drug screen required prior to start date.
