Hospice; Part-Time - Nurse Practitioner

Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Hospice team in Champaign, Illinois.

• Part‑time position
• Perform home visits as assigned
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary Palliative Care team and other hospice care team members to deliver hospice care and related health services to patients and their families
• Be part of a strong, stable, financially‑sound and innovative health system

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• At least 1‑year of APP experience required

The compensation range for this position is $55.13 – $71.67/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
