Carle Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing Hospice team in Champaign. The role involves delivering comprehensive hospice care and related health services to patients and families.

• Perform home visits and provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary Palliative Care team and other hospice care team members.
• Contribute to a stable, financially sound, and innovative health system.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of APP (Advanced Practice Provider) experience

The compensation range is $55.13–$71.67 per hour. The exact offer will depend on experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and compensation model.
