• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders both in-person and over the phone
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Prepare and assemble food items, including crafting delicious pizzas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout your shift

• Adhere to food safety standards and company policies
• Adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
